Due to a company restructure, increased Business demands from the various Business Units and the creation of a new vacancy within the IT Team, my client is looking for an Experienced Business Analyst.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding business needs and identifying how to meet them. This includes analyzing, validating and documenting functional requirements.

Will act as a "business partner" assisting our clients Business Groups in the planning, development and implementation of both technology-based and process-based business solutions.

Skills Profile

• More than 5 years experience analyzing business problems and designing successful solutions
• possess a bachelors degree or equivalent
• Strong Business Process Analysis skills with experience in use of Process Modeling tools
• System Analysis experience
• Stakeholder Management and a proven ability to gain consensus and sign off within political environments
• Experience in implementing process efficiencies
• Experience of the complete SDLC
• Ability to build strong working relationships, with IT and business managers
• Strong track record in working collaboratively and managing teams
• Strong (clear and concise) communication skills with fluency in written & spoken English
