I would like to take the opportunity to than you and the team for your excellent support over the last year. There was never a late payment and everything went smoothly. You could think this would be expected, but by my past experience with a few other agents, this is often not the case. I also remember one experience that demonstrated your agencies flexibility, and that was when (Client) required you to produce an end of year Invoice. The request was met immediately. Eighteen months ago when I received the notification of my retrenchment from IBM GSA, and knew I need to be looking around for a job, I turned immediately to Sherborne. I knew that in the then dire employment conditions of the IT industry if you and your excellent staff couldn't find me a job, nobody could. It's been a long and harrowing experience, with so many frustratingly close misses and disappointments, but your support and friendly encouragement has kept me going.
